     With the move by government to make more money available for the voluntary sector to deliver local services,
getting your business plan in shape will help you get involved in the process.

Luton & Dunstable Partnership, a regeneration organisation formed in 1995, have used resources available from a
JobCentre Plus/ESF Capacity Building programme to create and publish a planning model.

It's designed for the medium to large organisation and will not match every exact requirement
- but it's great for getting the thinking started. (pdf)
