but a single tree is like a dancing tongue of flame to warm the heart.

Alba Trees, based in Scotland, is where Woodland Ways source the trees that we plant in our community woodland.

The Alba website has an impressive wholesale and retail catalogue of the broad range of trees and shrubs that they supply throughout the UK.

You can also see a great portfolio of  photographs showing the plantations and hillsides they have forested over the years, including the royal estates.

As you walk across the Natterer's Wood site in Bury St. Edmunds, it is Alba trees that you pass.

J. Toms Ltd, based in Kent, are Woodland Ways suppliers for all our woodland sundries,
from binding twine to plant ties.

They have a simple, easy to navigate web site, showing the
illustrated pages of their catalogues.

Everything to support tree planting, in one place.

Aeromega supplied the helicopter to photograph the Woodland Ways Giant Bat.

R & D were the local company that successfully tendered for the development of the Natterer's Wood site, the work being funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

The team from R & D undertook the work with full professional project planning expertise
