Covert is the area of community woodland that is behind the
doctor's surgery and next to the Community
Centre in Moreton Hall.
If you go at the
right time
you can see the wild violets in bloom.

Covert , adjacent to the local Community Centre and doctor's
surgery,
is a little island of woodland in the Moreton Hall
area.
With
a path threaded through the centre, it is easily accessible.
One
of our
recent work parties was engaged in spreading wood chippings
over all
our woodland paths. They make for good footing when walking
and degrade well into the landscape.
At
the right time of the year the covert has a good show of
flowers, with wildlife always
present.
